To securely pay online, simply click the link below and complete the fields requested using the billing address for your intended method of payment. For the “Rental Account or Customer ID” field, enter the descriptive information from a recent statement. If you don’t have access to a statement or are not yet a customer, simply enter 123E followed by your family last name, your horse’s barn name [if appropriate], and stall number or other description of the service (such as “trail riding”) for which you are paying. Here are examples of how to complete the “Rental Account or Customer ID” field.

There’s no magic to exactly what you enter, you simply want to make sure there’s enough information included for your payment to be properly credited to your account. There is an additional “notes” field at the bottom of the screen in which you can include additional information if you think that will be helpful. You may combine payments for multiple ledgers, accounts or fees into a single payment transaction. Simply include enough information in the transaction detail for us to apply the payment correctly.

Upon the successful processing of your payment, you will receive a confirmation from no_reply@cardx.com which will include all the information entered by you on the payment screen. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes of attempting your payment, check your junk mail folder.
